A man skateboards on a straight road from his hostel to a mall 2km away at a speed of 4km/h. Find the mall closed, he instantly returns back to his hostel at a speed of 6km/h. Calculate the magnitude of average velocity and the average speed of the man over the time interval of (i) 0 to 30 minutes (ii) 0 to 50 minutes.​

2)avg vel=0 since total displacement is 0

3)in 30 min the boy travelled 2km =4kmperhour

In40 min he travelled 2+1=3km

Avg speed=3/1.5=2kmperhour
