Let the total amount he has be Rs 1.

Money spent by him = 2/5 of Rs. 1 = Rs (2/5×1) = Rs 2/3

money left with him = Rs.(1 - 2/5) = Rs.3/5

But it is given that he has rs.90 Left.

3/5 of the whole amount = Rs 90

whole amount = Rs (90 × 5/3 ) = Rs 150
