Here, three forces acts on the bag,

weight w = mg ,downwards

Tension,T upwards

and Force, ma upwards

Hence,

ma = T- mg

T= ma +mg

here, m = 5kg

a = g/2 and g =10$\frac{m}{s^2}$

Hence, T= 15g/2 = 75N
