A man starts at 6 a.m. and walks to his friend's house situated 8 km away .He walks 3 km at a speed of 4 km/h , reduces his speed to 3km/h and covers the rest of the distance .
1. At what time will he reach his friend's house ?
2. Find his average speed correct to one place of decimal.

next 5km=1hr40min
thus, 8:25
2)avg=4×3+3×5/8=3.3
