towards north 2 sec at speed of 3m per sec = 2×3=6

towards east 2sec at the speed of 4m per sec = 2×4=8

more 4sec the person travelled =8m

hence , 6+8+8=23m.

Explanation:

becoz first he traveled 6m to north and 8m to east 6+8=15 ,and more 4 seconds means 8m more 15+8 =23m
