a man throws a ball of 500g in vertically upward direction with a speed of 10m/s. calculate the amount of work done by force of gravity in 1 second

Intial momentum= Mass*Velocity=0.5*10 =5 kg.m/s

Momentum at highest point would be zero as the velocity as highest point would be zero!
