A man travels from a to b at a speed of 29 km in 29 minutes and he travel a distance from B to C with a speed of 39 km hour in 29 minute find that average speed of whole January

Total time of journey is given by -

Total distance of journey is -

d = d1 + d2

d = v1.t1 + v2.t2

d = 29×29/60 + 39×29/60

d = 14 + 18.85

d = 32.85 km

Average speed of the journey is -

v = d / t

v = 32.85 / (29/30)
