Let the speed from home to town be 'X'.
Therefore speed from town to home is 'X + 20'.
x+20 + x/ 2 = 48 (Average of both speeds)
x= 38.
total Journey time = Total distance / Avrg. speed.
time = 10/ 48
time = 0.22 hrs
