A man walks along a straight road from home to market 4km away in 10min and returns back home in 20min.find his average speed and average velocity. Please someone help me as soon as possible

Explanation

Here average speed = total distance covered by total time taken.

= (4km + 4km) ÷ (0.16h + 0.33h)

= 8/0.49

=16.32 km/h is the average speed of the person.

Now average velocity = total displacement by total time taken.

= 0km ÷ 0.49h (the final point and initial points are same so velocity is 0)

= 0km/h.
