Answer:

0 km/h

Explanation:

Given :

  • Man travels a distance of 25 km with a speed of 5 km/h and on seeing the shop to be closed, he returns with a speed of 7. 5 km/h

To find :

  • Average velocity of the man during this journey

Average velocity = total Displacement / total time

Total Displacement = 0 km (As the man again returns back to the same initial position and hence Displacement is equal to 0 km)

Whatever the time is taken but as it the time is divided by 0,the answer would be 0

Hence,

Average velocity = 0 km/h
