Your answer to this question is C) Fats.
The man or women will not be able to process the fatty foods properly and can lead to indigestion with trouble in maintain energy-rich balance.

The liver secretes bile with the help of hepatocytes (liver cells). Gall bladder is a pear shaped sac like structure which has the function to store bile, bile slats and its pigments. Bile is a watery greenish fluid which has a mixture containing bile pigments, bile salts, cholesterol (a steroid) and phospholipids. It acts as a medium for neutralization of Hydrochloric acid (releases sodium bicarbonate or baking soda) which will readily neutralize the HCL of chyme (a semi-fluid food that comes from the stomach after a series of digestive processes). It brings about emulsification of fats, where, it secretes sodium glycocholate and sodium taurocholate which break large fat droplets or molecules into smaller ones. Has the function of Absorption of A, D, E and K (some of the fat-soluble vitamins) it also absorbs fat (fatty acids and glycerol) in the small intestine. Bile also has the function (having no enzymes), still activating the secretion of lipase.
