Let the number of Working days be x

*We Know that ,*

Number of Working days in Feb = 28 days ( Non-leap Year)

*Total money to be paid*

⇒ 500 * 28

⇒ 14000

*Arranging the Provided data*

Money Paid to him is 9200

Absent days is (28 - x )

Absent Salary is 100 * ( 28 - x )

*According to the Question*

⇒ 500 x - 100 ( 28 - x ) = 9200

⇒ 500 x - 2800 + 100 x = 9200

⇒ 500 x + 100 x - 2800 = 9200

⇒ 600 x - 2800 = 9200

⇒ 600 x = 9200 + 2800

⇒ 600 x = 12000

⇒ x = (12000/600)

⇒ x = 20

Therefore , the number of Working days is 20
