mass = 50kg

time taken = 30 sec

steps =30

each height =20cm =0.2m

so, the total height = 6m

now, power =work / time ...(1)

work = force * distance ...(2)

and force = weight = mg = 50kg * 10m/s² = 500 N ...(3)

now, putting the value of (2) and (3) in (1)

power = 500 * 6 / 30

power = 3000 / 30

∴power = 100 W
