Moon's gravity is 1/6 of earth's gravity , So if a person weighs 490N on earth, his weight on moon will be - 1/6×490N = 81.666..N

GIVEN:

Man's Weight on the Earth = W=490N
W=mxg=490N
W=mx9.8 [Since g=9.8m/s²]
⇒m=W/g
⇒490/9.8
⇒50kg
mass of person = 50kg

Weight of the person On MOON:
as we know g value on moon=1.63m/s²
∴W=mxg
W=50x1.63
=81.5N
∴ Mass of person is 50 kg and his weight on moon is 81.5N
