Hi friend,
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Length of the tile=10 cm
Breadth of the tile=14 cm
Area of the tile=L*B
=10*14
=140 cm^2

Length of wall=2.8m=280 cm
Breadth of wall=4m=400 cm
Area of the wall=L*B
=280*400
=112,000

Now the number of tiles needed to cover the wall=
AREA OF WALL/AREA OF TILE
=112000/140
=800

800 tiles are needed to cover the wall with tiles.

Hope it helped you out.................
