A medicine capsule is in the shape of a cylinder with two hemispheres stuck to each of its end. The length of the entire capsule is 15mm and the diameter of the capsule is 7mm. Find the value of the medicine contained in it.

Medicine =Volume of cylinder + Volume of 2 hemisphere (1 sphere)


M = πr^2h + 4/3π r^3


M= (22/7 ×7/2×7/2 ×15) +( 4/3 ×22/7 ×7/2×7/2×7/2)


M =577.5 + 179.6

Amount of Medicine =757.1 cubic mm
