Let his salary = x
increase in salary = x *10/100
increased salary = x + x*10/100= 16650
=> x + x/10 = 16650
=> (10x + x)/10 = 16650
=> 11x = 16650 * 10
=> x = 166500/11
=> x = 15136.36

hola☺☺

here is your answer .

let the original salary of man be = x
he got increase of 10% in his salary means ..

A/q
x + 10% of x = 16650

x \:  +  \frac{10}{100} x = 16650 \\  \\ x +  \frac{1}{10} x = 16650 \\  \\  \frac{10x + 1x}{10}  = 16650 \\  \\ 11x = 16650 \times 10 \\  \\ x =  \frac{166500}{11}
x = 15,136.36

so his original salary = ₹15136.36
