let the amount of money be x

cloths 1/3 X x=rs.x/3

balance = x- x/3 = 2x/3

food = 1/5 X 2x/3 = 2x/15

balance = 2x/3 - 2x/15= 8x/15

travel = 1/4 X 8x/15 = 2x/15

now he has 100 rupees

2x/5 = 100

2x= 500

x = 500/2

x = 250

\huge\fbox\red{❥Solution:}

Let the amount of money be x.

\underline\green{ᴄʟᴏᴛʜᴇŞ }\:  =  \:  \frac{1}{3}  \times x = ʀŞ. \frac{ x}{3}

\underline\green{ʙᴀʟᴀɴᴄᴇ }\:  =  \: x -  \frac{x}{3}  =  \frac{2x}{3}

\underline\green{ғᴏᴏᴅ} =  \frac{1}{5}  \times  \frac{2x}{3}  =  \frac{2x}{15}

\underline\green{ʙᴀʟᴀɴᴄᴇ} =  \frac{2x}{3}  -  \frac{2x}{15}  =  \frac{8 \times }{15}

\underline\green{ᴛʀᴀᴠᴇʟ} =  \frac{1}{4}  \times  \frac{8x}{15}  =  \frac{2x}{15}

Now he has 100 rupees.

 \frac{2 x }{5}  = 100

2x = 500

x =  \frac{500}{2}

\fbox\pink{x = 250}
