According to law of inheritance, the dominant character appears in the F1 project. Among violet flowers and white flowers, the character of violet character is dominant. So, all the flowers in F1 progeny will be violet.

Hope it helps ;)

queen30: why violet is dominant

queen30: i cant understand
Mayu1920: It is just by NATURE. There is no specific reason for that, at least at our level of education. In our book, it is clearly mentioned that Violet is dominant. So, I assumed it.

The result in first pogency of a Mendelian experiment of pea plants bearing violet flowers with pea plants bearing white flowers is violet flowers.

EXPLANATION:

This is because the violet colour is dominant over the white color.

This is because the intermediate colours do not get a chance to appear in the off-spring in case of cross-pollination. In this case, white acts as an intermediate colour because violet has a dominant trait and so white does not appear in the resultant pea plant.
