Section 68 gives a provision for the recovery. The money can be recovered out of the property of a minor in case where necessary goods and articles are supplied according to the class of society to which the minor belongs.

According to section 68 " A person who has supplied goods to a minor or his dependent is entitled to be reimbursed from the properties of the minor".

However the claim should only be made against the minors properties but not  against the minor personally. Meaning a minor can not be asked to expend labor against the recovery.

He can recover the amount as Section 68 provides a case for recovery of the amount.

A sum can be recovered from a minor's property if in case needed goods or items are given as per the society's class in which the minor happens to belong.

As per section 68 " Anyone who has provided a product or service to a minor or his dependent may receive the reimbursement from the property that is held by a minor".

Anyway, a claim has to be made in lieu of the minors properties and not against the minor individually.

This means that a minor may not be asked directly to pay for labor during a recovery.
