Let length, breadth and height of cube is = L
then (L)^3 = (88)(6)
(L)^3 = 528
then l = cube root of 528
=8.04284
then you have to remove metal of weight 0.04284

simran7890: is it right?
NeerajBhardwaj: yeah it is fine
NeerajBhardwaj: I just think that in this question we need to find the nearest cube of 528 and it is 8 i.e 512.Therefore 16cm^3 of metal has to be removed..thatnkyou very much simran..I got an idea from your answer
simran7890: your welcome :)
