HEY BUDDY

HERE'S THE ANSWER

_______________________________'

=> Dimensions of cylinder

height ( H )= 10 cm

diameter = 70 cm

radius ( R ) = 70/2 = 35 cm

=> Now dimensions of disc

thickness ( height ( h ) ) = 0.5 cm

radius ( r ) = 1 cm

# Cylinder is melted and molded in ( n ) number of discs , So

=> volume of cylinder = n × volume of disc

=> 2 π R H = n 2 π r h

=> R H = n r h

=> 35 × 10 = n ( 0.5 × 1 )

=> 0.5 n = 350

=> ( 5 / 10 ) n = 350

=> 5 n = 350 × 10

=> n = 350 × 2

=> n = 700

# So 700 discs can be made out of the cylinder

HOPE HELPED..

vol of cyl = vol of disc

n × 0.5 × 1 × 2π = 2π × 35 × 10

0.5 n = 350

n = 700

so , 700 discs
