a metallic block of 6 kg is dropped into a water tank the volume of the block is given to be 3.10*3 metre cube and density of the water is 10 to the power 3 kg per metre to find the Apparent weight

Apparent weight = mg [1-(dens of water/dens of block)]

W = 6(9.8)[1-1/3]

W = 6(9.8)2/3

W = 39.2 N
