Given
Resistance of complete wire = 20Ω
So resistance of length l = 20Ω
Now when bent to form a circle
It become a parallel circuit with 10Ω in each branch
So net resistance = 10Ω/2 = 5Ω
Resistance of complete wire = 20Ω
So resistance of length l = 20Ω
Now when bent to form a circle
It become a parallel circuit with 10Ω in each branch
So net resistance = 10Ω/2 = 5Ω

Answer:
Since the wire is bent into circle, the total resistance will be divided by the diameter of the circle. The resistance of both the halves is 10 ohm
The resistance will now become parallel. ∴ 1/Req.= 1/10+1/10
= 2/10 ∴ Req= 5 ohm
