=> Adverbs are the words that tell us about the verb. They are one of the most commonly used words we use while writing compositions. Most of the adverbs we generally use has a suffix " ly " but it is not applicable to all the adverbs.

1. A microwave can cook food quickly.

The adverb used here is " quickly ".

2. He has quite strong hands.

In the second sentence, we have to rather use an adjective than an adverb. The adjective used here is " quite ".

3. The dinner was so delicious.

Same is the case with the third sentence, we must use an adjective here too :) The adjective used here is " so ".

4. She is very lazy.

Again, we have to use an adjective here and not an adverb. The adverb used here is " very ".

5. The snake hissed quitely.

Here, we have to use an adverb as we are actually defining the adverb i.e. " hissed ". The adverb used here is " quitely ".
