ig =25mv/G ampere   where G is resistance of meter and shunt is required for into ampere range

s=igG/i-ig          then s=25 Mv /25=  0.001 ohm

Answer:

The voltmeter range after the conversion is 0.001 ohm.

Solution:

To convert the voltmeter range that is given into ammeter range we need to apply a certain formula given as

                              S =\frac{V g}{I-I g}

Now here in this case we can neglect Ig, neglecting and applying the values in formula we will get S=\frac{V g}{I}

                            = \frac{25 \times 10^{-3}}{25}

                                     = 0.001 ohm

Hence, the voltmeter range after the conversion is 0.001 ohm.
