the total area=25*22=550
the area of the frame=550-180=370 cm²

                       = 15*12
                       = 180cm²

The Frame 2cm wide from all side. The New Side of Mirror is
     Length = 15-2 = 13
     Breadth = 12-2 = 10
  
Area of New Mirror = L*B
                              = 13*10
                              = 130cm²

The Area of Frame
     = 180-130
     = 50cm²
