Area of big rectangle - Area of the mirror = Area of the frame
L = 3+3+15 = 21cm
B = 3+3+12 = 18cm
l = 15cm
b = 12cm

LB - lb = 21x18 - 15x12
=378 - 180
= 198cm²
∴, the area of the ring = 198cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of big rectangle - Area of the mirror = Area of the frame

L = 3+3+15 = 21cm

B = 3+3+12 = 18cm

l = 15cm

b = 12cm

LB - lb = 21x18 - 15x12

=378 - 180

= 198cm²

∴, the area of the Frame= 198cm²
