I'll just answer this question to the best of my abilities.
When you bake a bread or cake, you add yeast to make them fluffy. As the temperature in the oven increases, yeast forms carbon dioxide and ethanol. On further heating, the ethanol oxidises to form ethanoic acid (vinegar).
By taking that the compound you wanted is ethanoic acid, the formula is C2H5COOH.
One of the use is as vinegar. I'm not sure about another use of it.
Hope this helps.
