nope, the molecules of sugar and salt when grind together, doesn't undergo any change. because, grinding is just a physical process. so, it may not lead to any chemical reaction at all..

Grinding is just a physical process and due to this a new compound cannot be formed. A new compound is formed by a chemical reaction or by chemical processes. Hence the molecules of the sugar and salt doest not undergo any change because it is a physically reversible process where the salt and sugar can be separated after mixing them.
