Solution :-

Given That,

Height of wall = 20 Feet .

→ in First day he climb = 5 feet.

→ in Second Day he slides down = 2 Feet.

So, we can conclude That ,

in 2 Days he climb = 5 - 2 = 3 Feet.

Therefore,

3 Feet , monkey climb in = 2 days.

→ 1 Feet , Monkey Climb in = (2/3) Days.

→ 15 Feet Monkey climb in = (2/3) * 15 = 10 days.

Now, in 10 days Monkey Climbed 15 feet .

On 11th Day he climb 5 Feet again .

→ Than , Total becomes = 15 + 5 = 20 Feet . = Top of wall.

Hence, we can conclude That, The monkey takes 11 Days to reach the top of the wall...

As per the question;

In first day he climbs :- 5 ft.

second day he slides down :- 2 ft.

→ In two days he climbs :- 5-2 = 3 ft.

Now,

1 feet = 2/3 days

The remaining 5 feet climbed on the another 11th day.

•°• 11 days monkey takes to reach the top.
