Let distance from A to B be x.
While, travelling from B to A the motorcycle will cover the same distance.
Time taken from A to B=distance/speed
=x/30 h
Time taken from B to A=distance/speed
=x/20 h
Average speed = Total distance covered/Total time taken
=(x+x)/(x/20+x/30)
2x/x(1/20+1/30)
2/{(3+2)/60}
2/(5/60)
2*12=24 km/h
