the new born babies are daily exposed to sunlight every day because their are having a newly formed skin which needs more vitamin D and moisture to their skin. so they are daily expose to sun light this sunlight has much vitamin D in them so it is beneficial for them so they are exposed to sun light daily

They are exposed to sunlight as they are newborns and so the level of vit-d in their skin is low.to make it rise so that they do not develop vit-d deficiency they are exposed to sunlight
