A motorcyclist drives from A to B with a uniform speed of 30 km/h and returns back with a speed of 20 km/h.Find its average speed.

Let the distance=x

Total Distance=x+x=2x

time=x/20+x/30=5x/60

Average speed=Total distance/total time

then, 2x/(5x/60)=2x*60/5x=24km/h
