A motorcyclist is moving along a circular wooden tracks of a circus ( death well) of radius 5m at a speed of 10m/s. If the total mass of motorcycle and the rider is 150kg find the magnitude of the centripetal force acting on him.​

TO FIND:-

CENTRIPETAL FORCE

EXPLANATION:-

We know that :-

\sf\;centripetal\;force=\frac{mass\times (velocity)^2}{radius}\\\\\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;or\\\\F_c=\frac{mv^2}{r}

So let's put the given data in the formula,we get:-

\sf\;F_c=\frac{1500\times(10)^2}{5}\\\\F_c=\frac{1500\times 100}{5}\\\\F_c=1500\times 20\\\\F_c=30000\;N

So the centripetal force is 30000 N
