A moving body of mass 0.3kg has 60J of kinetic energy. Caluculate the speed of the body?​

Kinetic energy formula:

k.e \:  =  \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}  \\

Putting the given values:

60 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 0.3 \times  {v}^{2}

 {v}^{2}  =  \frac{60 \times 2}{0.3}  \\

v {}^{2}  =  400 \\ v  =  \sqrt{400}

v = 20 \: m {s}^{ - 1}
