F= mg
400= m× 10
m= 40 kg

K.E =1/2 mv^2
500= 1/2 × 40 × v^2
v^2= 500×2/40
v= √25
v= 5 m/s

Weight of body is 400N
Therefore,mg=400
so,m=40kg as g is 10m/s^2
now, kinetic energy is 1/2×mv^2
Put the value
1/2mv^2=500
1/2×40×v^2=500
v^2=25
so,v=5m/s
here is the answer

Mohit0007: the answrr is incorrect!
Mohit0007: it wil be 5m/s
Heta11: sorry there is a error on typing i have written v^2=25 so v=5 method is correct I did mistake while typing u can verify...
Mohit0007: its ok ! bro im just correcting u ! u r correct one
