experienced by a current carrying straight conductor placed in a
uniform magnetic field which is perpendicular to it.

a) Fleming's Left hand rule.

According to this rule, when we stretch three fingers of our left hand perpendicularly to each other that's our index finger in the direction of magnetic field, middle finger in the direction of current then the thumb will point in the direction of force.
