a) Name and write formula for the following. [15]
i) A gas obtained on treating hydrochloric acid with Iron (II) sulphide
ii) Compound A is warmed with conc. Sulfuric acid gives a gas which fumes in moist air and gives white fumes with ammonia.
iii) A coloured metallic oxide which can be used to oxidize hydrogen chloride to chlorine
