ANS.B-Qutab-ud-din Aibak designed and constructed the qutub minar.uk and germany  country did the craftsmen belong to. Earleir they were 7 , but after some demolition l only 5 are left. The purpose behind the construction of Minar was for the use of mu'azzin (crier) to give calls for prayer....
