Answer is no natural number satisfies.
Explanantion:
x + 4 = 3x^2
= > 3x^2 -x -4 =0
= > 3x^2 +3x -4x - 4 =0
=> 3x(x+1) -4(x+1) = 0
=> (x+1)(3x-4)=0
=> x=-1 or 3x =4
=> x=-1 or x =4/3
As the number is natural number, none of the value agrees.
