&can't say about its day and night ,season it depends on its axis

The length of a year differ. The day and night also differ. Seasons might  differ. But the possibility of life is non existent. Because for life we need an atmosphere with ozone to reflect the ultra violet rays from the star and we need other gases like oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.
