Explanation:
Dear Audience,
Today i am going to speak about the Disabled people feelings when people try to sympathise them rather accepting them as part of their society. When we look at them from the eyes of sympathy, these people feel more about their disability, so its important not to differentiate them when in gatherings. Also there are some worse cases where people tend to ignore such special people, they remind them about them disability by not accepting them. These behaviours leave a deep impact on people mind which is more painful than physical injuries. Hence it is very important that we should accept these special people, give them equal status in our community
Good morning everyone.
Today, let us thank God for all that he has bestowed on us, including the power to help those less fortunate than us, like differently-abled people. Differently-abled individuals do not have the full functionality of their mental and physical faculties, which makes each day challenging for them. Worse still is the attitude of society towards them. Society tends to either mock them or ignore them altogether. And that is precisely what we, the educated and privileged ones should try to change.
What such people need is empathy, not sympathy. They need support from us to realise that they are also worthy citizens and an integral part of society. We do not need to do something extraordinary to help such people. Instead, it is the tiny gestures that count, like holding the door open for someone on a wheelchair, or greeting someone with a smile, or donating time or money to organisations that work for the differently-abled. Each one of us can help bring about the change. It is time to think beyond ourselves and find greater joy in community living.
Thank you.
