Let the ten's digit be x and unit's digit be y.

Then according to question 

x + y = 8                                                         ...........(i)

Also

10x + y + 18 = 10y + x

9x - 9y = -18

Divide by 9 on whole,

x - y = -2                                                      .. ......(ii)


Solving (i) and (ii)

x = 3  and y = 5

                    = 10(3) + 5
