it is irreversible change.

example : humans are cutting trees on a large scale. if all the plants on Earth will be cut, it's impossible to grow the plants again.

Answer:

A number of human activities are causing harm to the environment and causing an adverse effect; these changes are reversible at times but become irreversible many times.

Explanation:

When we find out the problem initially and correct it then it becomes reversible but when humans keep exploiting the nature without realising the harm created by them, then it is irreversible, for example cutting of trees to build concrete buildings increases the carbon dioxide in earth, this can be tolerated and made reversible if the humans plant trees at another location but if they don’t realize and keep cutting the trees finally earth becomes deprived of oxygen.
