The two lines are

The slope of above two lines are

x+y=3 ⇒ y=-x+3

Comparing above line with y=mx+c where m is slope

Hence, slope of x+y=3 is -1

2x+y=2 ⇒ y=-2x+2

The slope of 2x+y=2 is -2

Hence, slope of above two lines are not same therefore lines arenot parallel.
