Government provides loan to SHG(Self Help Group) containing 10-20 local women. The group does some business for their economic development. Group will share Profits and also pays Loan amount.

they met regularly and save regularly and if they are meeting from last one or two years the bank gave them loan under the name if group and it is the reaponsiblity if group to return it back

A shelf help group is a group formed by the community women which has specify members between 15 and 20 who meet and save regularly.
