let y be units place

   x be ten's place

the required number is xy  (not x times y)

xy = 4(x+y)

     10x + y = 4x + 4y

      6x - 3y = 0

Given, xy + 27 = yx

i.e, 10x + y + 27 = 10y + x

     9x - 9y +27 = 0

After solving these equations,

 x must be 3

 y must be 6

so the required number is 36.

  add 27 to 36, we get 63
