Let the ones digit and tens digit be x and y respectively.  

According to Question

1st Equation

⇒ x + y = 10 …….(i)  

2nd Equation

⇒ (10y + x) – 18 = 10

⇒ x + y  x –y = -2 …….(ii)

Adding (i) and (ii), we get  

⇒ 2x = 8  

⇒ x = 8/2

⇒ x = 4  

Putting x valye in Eq (i)

⇒  x + y = 10

⇒ 4 + y = 10  

⇒ y = 10 - 4

⇒ y = 6  

Hence, the number is 64.
