Answer :

The final answer is 24.

Step-by-step explanation :

  • Let one digit of the two-digit number be x.
  • Let other digit of the two-digit number be (6-x).

ATQ (According To Question),

=> 10x + (6-x) + 18 = 10 (6-x) + x

=> 10x + 6-x + 18   = 60 - 10x + x

=> 9x + 24             = 60 - 9x

=> 9x + 9x             = 60 - 24

=> 18x                    = 36

=> x                        = 36/18

=> x                        = 2

The number is,

=> 9x + 6 = 9(2) + 6

               = 18 + 6

               = 24

Therefore, the number is 24.

Hope it helps :)
